Roaring Fork Valley – Market Update
It is abundantly clear that Roaring Fork Valley real estate continues to be in high demand. In the last 90 days, Aspen has seen transactions close at $108M, $77M, $48M and multiple deals north of $20M. This pattern of activity instills confidence in the entire valley and perpetuates increased activity in every segment of the marketplace.

As a property owner in the Roaring Fork Valley, my only regret is not owning more real estate. For those considering a purchase in this valley, it will only become more competitive and costly in years to come. There is no time like the present.
